    Today is national nutrition day. Nutrition is very important for each and every living being. Nutrition play inpomport role in our daily life.

    National nutrition week is a significant annual event in india it observed from 1st to 7th September.

    It is dedicated to raising awareness about the crucial role of nutrition in our life.

    In India, it has been observed every year during the first week of September since 1982.

    Today we don't eat proper food and maintain our body. Lots of children suffered for proper intake of nutritious food.

    Nutrition needed for our body for physical growth and energy which serves as fuel for the body to undertake various activities in life.

 Important nutrients in food

  1. Carbohydrate
  2. Protein
  3. Fat
  4. Dietary fiber
  5. Water 
  6. Minerals
    Drinking enough amount of water is very important. Around 50-70 percent of our body is made up of water. 

    Water is the only medium through which all essential nutrients, vitamins, minerals and other wastes in the body are transported.
 
    Eat healthy food and live happily
